Had to clear the house contents of a shipping container – the possessions of our son who returned from Spain, and sadly can no longer be with us. The storage unit was in Cambridge and we had to travel up from Cornwall to unlock it. Steve was ahead of us and waiting. Steve and his colleagues were so professional, kind and considerate throughout a very difficult time for us. Steve carried out the whole process with such care and left everything spotless.

Steve and his team took on a large job for us to completely clear my Dad’s house which included two model railway layouts, requiring an extra level of dismantling to leave a usable space. They were thorough and respectful and it was great to hear that one lorryload was already on it’;s way to a hospice when I arrived back at the end of the day.
