I cannot recommend highly enough the service we received from Steve. He was really understanding and nothing was too much trouble which made the house clearance a lot easier for us to deal with.

Steve and his colleague went above and beyond our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The first time I had a conversation with Steve to book them for a clearance of my Mum’s house, he was very helpful explaining all what they do and what it involves! The team were absolutely brilliant on the day they did the clearance, lovely people good humour too, which is good as it can be a sad time for some of their customer’s circumstances. We also needed another Van and Steve came back the next morning to finish off the Clearance, wonderful job. House was left spotless, Steve also keep me updated with what they were doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to someone else.

Called SDH House Clearance on a Sunday, around 12, after being let down by a local firm. Quoted an incredible price and when their guy arrived the service was top, extremely friendly and had a great chat whilst he was loading the van. They even came to Leicester from Peterborough within 2 hours of the call on a Sunday.

Cleared all the stuff we had within 15 mins (not a small amount either) and on top of that, when he overheard we had another car full of stuff for a tip run the next day, told us to whip it out the car and add onto his Van at no extra cost….Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

With facing the daunting task of emptying a 3-bed house, garage, garden and shed, I googled clearance providers and was so glad SDH was found.
